Shipping Methods

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 3-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Once we have received your order, we make every effort to ship your package within one business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping fees are based on weight:

0 - 1 lb. $4.95

1.1 - 2 lb. $9.95

2.1 - 3 lb. $13.95

3.1 - 5 lb. $16.95

5.1 + $19.95

All packages shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped USPS First Class Parcel Post. Packages are shipped uninsured. We will do everything in our power to make sure packages reach you in a timely manner though ultimately are not responsible for packages which are held in customs or lost.

Sales tax is charged to customers who are North Carolina State residents.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 20 days of order date. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. 

All discounted merchandise is final sale: No returns, No exchanges, or No store credit given.

We do not accept returns on dyestuffs, seeds, or dye kits. 

Damage/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days of package arrival. We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please email info@thetextilecreative.com to set up your return. 

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit or exchange within 5 business days.
